Following Facebook’s recent rebranding as Meta, there has been a lot of talk about how blockchain-linked assets like NFTs fit into the story.
Ever since, other major brands have entered virtual worlds, with Nike recently purchasing RTFKT, a creator-driven, metaverse-ready brand, and Adidas raising over $23 million by selling its NFT line, which included G-Money, Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC), and Punks Comic.
Christian Chalfoun, CTO of ColossalBit and Kaloscope, said that NFTs and the Metaverse are yet to be fully understood and the impact they’ll have on the future is yet to be seen. A social metaverse startup company, Kaloscope, has an early investor ColossalBit that is looking to consolidate a rapidly growing, but fragmented, market.
Kaloscope is revolutionizing the NFT enterprise via means of presenting a platform for projecting, collecting, and interacting with NFTs in cell AR/VR/XR. “We’re developing a brand new and less complicated manner to share your NFT series with pals while additionally permitting customers to very own distinct metaverse locations,” stated Kirck Allen, Kaloscope’s CEO and co-founder.
Future NFT Dubai, the world’s first augmented reality NFT mural that football legend Diego Armando Maradona used when he signed for Italian side Napoli in 1984, and the world’s first NFT-linked fine dining and art experience are all part of Colossal Bit’s repertoire.
